Located on over 160 acres of exquisite land, the development offers condos, villas, studios, and land lots for construction. Enjoy unique sports and entertainment amenities for both adults and children.

Other things to note

Daily refresher housekeeping on customer request. Gardening and pool cleaning will be offered 3 times a week (no housekeeping and pool cleaning services will be offered Sundays or national holidays).  Cameras along the perimeter of the property but NOT of the Pool area. All unregistered guests will be charged $30 per person per night, not to exceed max occupancy of 8 guests. Music shall never exceed 60 decibels, no loud music past 10pm, fines may be assessed by the complex of $100 per occurrence.

Guests are provided a 48 hour free cancellation grace period, as long as the cancellation happens at least 14 days before check-in. Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund of the total reservation. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation. Bookings canceled 14 - 30 days before the check-in date, are eligible to receive a 50% credit of the total reservation. Bookings canceled less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. Execeptions apply: 1) If the borders of the Dominican Republic are closed via air; the stay will be eligible for a full refund. 2) If the guest or someone in the traveling party is infected with COVID and provides corresponding evidence (proof of transport and positive COVID test from a government authorized health facility) within 5 days of arrival, the stay will be eligible for 100% credit of the total reservation valid for up to 6 months to be used at the same property.

We collect/authorize an amount of $200 USD a day before check-in. This amount is refunded within 48hs after check-out date and we reserve ourselves the right to use this funds in case of any damage to the property.

5.0 "Paradise"

My husband, son and I just stayed for a week at this villa. It was our first trip to the Dominican Republic, and booking through Blue Casas. Overall impression from start to finish was WOW!!!! The Blue Casas team were hands on from being met at the airport by Fernando, who drove us to the beautiful villa. There we were met by Jeff and Ana who gave us the Blue Casas drink and showed us around the villa answering any questions we had. The villa is a 2, 1/2 bath with 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms. Open plan living/dining/kitchen. The private pool and landscaping was calming and peaceful. This is the place to be if you want to relax and listen to the ocean waves crash on the rocks while sipping cocktails. We did hire a private chef for brunch one day. It was first class.I recommend you do this at least once. An added bonus is Maria Restaurant is only steps away at the back of the villa. We had such a memorable trip to the Dominican Republic, we look forward to returning to this beautiful villa and seeing the Blue Casas team again.
