<\/b>Payment Terms<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Reservation Deposit:<\/b> A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to confirm and secure a reservation.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Final Payment:<\/b> The remaining 50% of the rental cost is due 30 days before the check-in date. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. 48-Hour Free Cancellation Grace Period:<\/b> Guests have a 48-hour grace period after booking to cancel without any penalty, as long as the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the check-in date.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Cancellations made at least 60 days before the check-in date<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a full refund of the total reservation cost.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the check-in date<\/strong> are eligible to receive a 50% credit of the total reservation cost towards a future booking.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date<\/strong> are not eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      No-Show Policy:<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment and cancellation of the reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Early Departure:<\/b><\/p>\n

      Guests who decide to leave before their scheduled departure date will not receive refunds for the unused portion of their stay.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling based on availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


          \n<\/span>Rescheduling Policy for Additional Services:<\/b><\/p>\n

          1. Rescheduling Requests:<\/b> Guests are encouraged to request rescheduling of a service at the earliest opportunity to increase the likelihood of availability.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Rescheduling Timeline and Fees:<\/b>\n

            1. More than 7 Days Before Service:<\/b> Guests may reschedule their service without any additional fee if the request is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. 3 to 7 Days Before Service:<\/b> A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service cost will be applied for requests made between 3 to 7 days before the service.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Less than 3 Days Before Service:<\/b> Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the service will incur a 50% rescheduling fee of the total service cost.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            4. \u00a0<\/span>Limit on Rescheduling:<\/b> Each booking is allowed one reschedule, and the rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the original service date, subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
