August 20, 2020

Because Covid-19 is a new pathogen requiring ongoing research, we are constantly reviewing recommendations and guidelines of the CDC, the WHO and the local health authorities in order to ensure the best service possible while guaranteeing the safety of our staff and customers.  In the interim we’ve taken the following ongoing measures:

- Effective immediately, we won't accept reservations with adjacent dates, which means we will always space out reservations to be a minimum of one day apart to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting between stays.

- To ensure maximum safety, we will be using the best hospital grade disinfectant agents as well as electro-static disinfecting between every reservation.

- If you are arriving from a high-risk area, we ask that you take your temperature in the days prior to your trip.

*Cancellation Policy*

- We've relaxed our cancelation policy to give our guests more flexibility and as much planning comfort as possible. Our cancellation Policy might change to adapt to the most recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic.

All these measures are set with EVERYONE'S SAFETY in mind. The well-being of our guests, staff and hosts is paramount to us and non-negotiable. If you have questions, you are more than welcome to ask at [insert relevant hyperlink].

Note: We want to remind you that after the 26th there are going to be new COVID regulations in the US which require that American travelers get a negative COVID test before returning home.
