The Space
Huge 6 Bedroom 6 Bathroom Villa right in the heart of Sosua. This villa includes 8 air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in each living room), smart speakers setup throughout the place, and backup electricity & and water. With this listing you are renting the entire villa for you and your guests. All bedrooms have large Queen Sized Beds.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire villa, the backyard, and pool. Additional Guests are allowed but are your responsibility and cannot exceed more than 12 at any given time.
Interaction with Guests
I won't be around but someone is always nearby to help. We also provide cleaning every other day.
The Neighborhood
We are in El Batey Sosua which is the downtown Sosua Area near Ahnvee Resort. The villa is located in an area that is walkable / close to shops, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions but is also far enough away that you don't have to deal with the noise and other nuisances of the downtown area.
Getting Around
We are around 10 minutes walking distance to the downtown area but just a few minute Taxi ride. Taxi's are abundant and mototaxi's are readily available. We can also recommend a great taxi service and airport transfers.
