The Villa has AC in very room, Smart Bluetooth Speakers, Strong WiFi Coverage throughout the house & backup power & water (a must in DR). The Space

The property is super spacious, features approximately 4000 square feet of free living space, 2 floors, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Kitchens, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.

Bedrooms:
•6 Bedrooms with & air conditioning, flat screen TV’s and cable.
•All bedrooms have queen sized beds.
•Smart Bluetooth Speakers on each floor
•Strong WiFi Signal throughout the villa
•Backup water and electricity (Very important feature when you are staying in the DR)

Bathrooms:
There are 6 full bathrooms. 4 of the suites have them en-suite, the other 2 have them right beside the rooms

Kitchens:
If you feel like cooking during your stay there are 2 kitchens on the 1st and 2nd floor with large dining areas available. Guests can
make use of either kitchens. There is also an outdoor bbq area near the pool where you can prepare delicious grilled meals.

The neighborhood

Villa is located in a superior location of El Batey, Sosua, which is right in the center of town.  The location is perfect because you will be close enough to the center that you can walk to everything and far enough that you won’t be bothered at night with all the hustle and bustle of the town & nightlife.  This area is only minutes away from the gorgeous beaches, local cafes & shops, and countless activities nearby to create long lasting memories.

Staying at our villa you will be close to sandy beaches with clear water:
Sosua Beach – 6 min drive, Playa Alicia – 4 minutes drive, Cabarete Beach – 15 min drive, Playa Dorada – 25 min drive, Playa Chiquita – 4 minutes drive.  If you enjoy water-sports you can do jet skiing, kayaking , snorkeling, diving or simply take a boat or a catamaran ride
