  • You must be 18 or older to drive an ATV. Minors may ride as passengers when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; minors are not permitted to drive.
  • Helmet and goggles/safety glasses are provided. A safety briefing and operating instructions are given before every tour.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
  • Includes 1 bottle of water per person and basic photos at no additional cost. A premium photo & video package is available for an extra fee, paid on site.
  • Route covers scenic countryside, river crossings, a beach area, and a stop at a local cafeteria.
  • Same-day reservations are accepted from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM (noon), subject to availability and confirmation. Advance booking is recommended. The exact meeting point is shared after your reservation is confirmed.
  • Subject to weather; the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled if conditions are unsafe.
  • Round-trip transportation to and from the starting point can be arranged for an additional fee, paid on location.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Same-day changes or special requests are subject to availability, verification, and reconfirmation. If we cancel the tour due to unsafe weather, you receive a full refund.

By booking the ATV Tour with BlueCasas, you agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility & ID. Drivers must be 18 years or older and may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Minors may participate only as passengers and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Assumption of risk & waiver. ATV riding is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks. All participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must read and sign a liability waiver on site before the tour begins. Participation is not permitted without a signed waiver.
  3. Safety rules. Participants must attend the safety briefing, wear the provided helmet and goggles at all times while riding, and follow the guide’s instructions throughout the tour.
  4. Condition for participation. Participants must not operate an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs. BlueCasas and the operator reserve the right to refuse or end participation, without refund, for unsafe behavior or violation of these terms.
  5. Responsibility for equipment. Participants are responsible for operating the ATV reasonably and may be held liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  6. Weather & rescheduling. The tour is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety. If BlueCasas cancels, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  7. Cancellation & refunds. Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Same-day changes are subject to availability and reconfirmation.
  8. Media release. Basic photos taken during the tour are included at no cost and may be shared with you; a premium photo and video package is available for an extra fee. If you do not wish to appear in BlueCasas promotional media, please notify your guide.
