Property Rentals: Payment, Cancelation and Refund Terms:
Book with confidence: Our property rental terms offer a balanced approach to booking security and flexibility. Clear guidelines for cancellations, early departures, and damage deposits safeguard the interests of all parties involved, making your vacation planning worry-free.

Payment Terms

  1. Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to confirm and secure a reservation. 
  2. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the rental cost is due 30 days before the check-in date. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. 48-Hour Free Cancellation Grace Period: Guests have a 48-hour grace period after booking to cancel without any penalty, as long as the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  2. Cancellations made at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the total reservation cost.
  3. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation cost.
  4. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the check-in date are eligible to receive a 50% credit of the total reservation cost towards a future booking.
  5. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

 

No-Show Policy: 

Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment and cancellation of the reservation.

 

Early Departure:

Guests who decide to leave before their scheduled departure date will not receive refunds for the unused portion of their stay.

 

Damage Deposit:

When required, a refundable damage deposit will be collected. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of checkout, assuming there is no damage to the property.

  1. Booking Confirmation: A nominal, non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for additional services.
  2. Full Payment: The full payment for additional services must be completed at least 7 days prior to the service being rendered.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

  1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date will be eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  2. Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the service date may receive a 50% refund of the total service cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  3. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date are not eligible for a refund but may be considered for rescheduling based on availability.


Rescheduling Policy for Additional Services:

  1. Rescheduling Requests: Guests are encouraged to request rescheduling of a service at the earliest opportunity to increase the likelihood of availability.
  2. Rescheduling Timeline and Fees:
    1. More than 7 Days Before Service: Guests may reschedule their service without any additional fee if the request is made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.
    2. 3 to 7 Days Before Service: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service cost will be applied for requests made between 3 to 7 days before the service.
    3. Less than 3 Days Before Service: Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the service will incur a 50% rescheduling fee of the total service cost.
  3.  Limit on Rescheduling: Each booking is allowed one reschedule, and the rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the original service date, subject to availability.
