Beautiful house in a fantastic location.Loved being by the bars in town but easy access to the beach. Jeffery was very helpful.

We were originally staying on a beachfront place in the pool was not working, so we switched to Blue Casas. They were similar prices for 16 people. Blue Casas was extremely responsive and extremely friendly. The problems that we had were minor, although disruptive. The power went out, and the alarm started going off at 5 AM, one of the lightbulbs on the fan exploded onto the patio where the kids were playing, and the main disruption to our stay was that we were one big family trying to spend time together, and then two apartments were separate. So we couldn’t have kids sleeping upstairs while we were downstairs because it was separate entrances. In the end it worked out but I doubt we would stay here again. The positive positives were that the house was extremely secure and even provided security at night. Also, it was very central with a supermarket right around the corner. And lastly, they were extremely responsive and helpful despite the disruptions.

Great place but really gotta keep the noise down.

This was second time staying at this location. Close to everything and walkable to everything. Neighbors is always friendly. Have security every night and it’s gated. You have to try the sandwich spot next door. Makes great sandwiches and drinks. I will stay here next time if available!!

Nice place and open. Jeff knows how to provide excellent customer service. He is respectful. Jeff understands when you a visitor in Dominican Republic. In addition, you don't have to speak Spanish, because he speaks English as well.We are extremely satisfied. Well done Jeff!Thank you!MC

The property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The host was very responsive and easy to work with, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt very safe especially with the overnight security services provided. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our group had an amazing stay celebrating a 50th birthday occasion. We were offered complimentary airport pickup. We were met at the location by staff. Easy check in and thorough walk through. This place was perfect. Everything was exactly as described and then some. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cleaning staff kept this place immaculate as well as the swimming pool. The host was super responsive starting with our arrivals (multiple), setting up transportation to the location. One of the showers did not work and upon texting the host (Jeff), maintenance had our shower up and running with steaming hot water within the hour (more like 30-45 minutes). The location had easy access (within walking distance) to local stores, restaurants & bars, ATM and the beach. This location is a must have if you’re visiting Sosúa!!!! 10/10

The amenities were great. The host was quick to respond to questions. The house has a wonderful inside deck as well as seating out front. I would definitely stay here again!

First off we were highly impressed by the security process as it is very safe. There are 2 cameras outside the apt door as well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows.The A/C was in each bedroom & was perfect.There were 2 terraces on each floor which was amazing! We left the terrace doors open & never had even one mosquito.The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.The Host bends over backwards to keep you happy!My group and I will definitely stay here again!!!

Home was very nice and accommodating. Booked this home for friends and they loved it! The pictures doesn’t do the home justice! Will definitely book again!

Fantastic family of 7 stay, each comfortably accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms with 1 queen or two twin beds. The condo has all the essentials – fully equipped kitchen, large living spaces, and beautiful views. There are stairs to 3 bedrooms. One downstairs for those not able to do stairs. The hosts, Jeff and Ana, were incredibly responsive, even moving construction materials themselves to clear our parking space. They provided extra towels, organized early check-in and late check-out for a fee, and arranged for cleaning mid-stay, which was a nice touch. The building features security, parking, a rooftop pool and a gym, both require stairs, no elevator. The location is ideal – close to the airport, city center, and attractions but you need a car. Minor inconveniences included no AC in common areas and a few bugs/lizards show up when windows were open, but overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it. The unit next door sold for $350K USD recently!

This house was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos that are shown. House was spotless and smelled like fabuloso every single day. Fresh towels fresh linen sheets and the showers the water was nice and HOT. The backyard was huge with a pool and table and chairs to accommodate you if you want to relax. Location was more than ideal and grocery store was in walking distance. Also the response time was outstanding always checking in to make sure me and my friends were being taken cared of. I definitely will be returning

This is one of the best properties I have visited in Sosúa, they have attention to every detail, its location is the best, it is close to everything, it is well equipped, when you arrive you will be surprised because it is much better than in the photos, anything you need There is their team who are attentive to every detail.

We rented the Jet Ski for an hour and it was a lot of fun! Definitely can recommend it.

This Villa was a great place to stay. Surrounded by many places to be entertained and most in walking distance. Jeff was a great host, very responsive, caring, and helpful. I rate my stay five star because of the incredible host Jeff and co-host Ana. the place was very spacious. my daughter enjoyed the pool and playground it is minutes from grocery,restaurant and the city center. I will definitely strongly recommend my friends to stay here in the near future.

My friends and I needed an airbnb at the last minute and Jeff was very accommodating and responded to every request in a timely fashion. The house was beautiful and immaculate. I would definitely stay here anytime I visit DR again.
