All-Inclusive Personal Chauffeur Service – Sosua

By booking the all-inclusive personal chauffeur service with BlueCasas, you agree to the following:

1. Service & area. The service includes a professional driver and a 16-passenger van, with unlimited transportation within Sosúa and Cabarete and up to one round trip per day to Puerto Plata City. Trips outside this area or additional Puerto Plata trips can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.
2. Availability & driver hours. Your driver is on call 24/7 during your booked days. For safety and quality, each driver works a maximum of 14 hours within any 24-hour period and must take at least 8 consecutive hours of rest between shifts, plus a one-hour lunch and a one-hour personal break (which may be split into two 30-minute breaks). If a driver finishes very late, they become available again after their 8-hour rest. We’ll coordinate timing so a driver is ready when you need one.
3. Capacity. Maximum 16 passengers per vehicle. Please select the option that matches your group size: 1–5 passengers (USD 120/day) or 6–16 passengers (USD 140/day).
4. Conduct & safety. All passengers must wear seatbelts and follow the driver’s safety instructions. The driver may decline or end service, without refund, for unsafe or inappropriate behavior or damage to the vehicle.
5. Fuel & gratuity. Fuel within the service area is included in the daily rate. Gratuity for the driver is not included and is not obligatory.
6. Cancellation & refunds. Cancel at least 48 hours before the start date for a full refund.
