This Villa is located in the gated community of CASA LINDA, one of the most beloved communities and it is only 15 minutes drive from the International Airport of Puerto Plata—5 minutes to Sosua town and 10 minutes to Cabarete.

This villa offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is located in one of the most booked gated communities of Sosua.

Quality and comfort for our guests is rule #1. We provide 4 sleeping pillows per bed, linens, kitchen utensils, appliances and comfortable exterior furniture. All Bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and TV’s. The Living stands out with its open concept.

Chill outside in our very secluded garden and fully equipped terrace with a BBQ to gather everyone together.

The Ocean view, spacious and fully stocked kitchen, pool to swim some short laps, well-landscaped garden are some other amenities that make VILLA CASA LINDA special. Yes, there is Wi-Fi 🙂

You can have access to everything but please respect locked closets and rooms.

HOUSE RULES:

✔Damage Deposit of 200U$D to be paid before arrival. The deposit is refunded within two days after the Check-Out day.
✔A cleaning fee of 150U$D to be paid before arrival
✔Maximum number of people allowed: 8
✔ Arrival time 4:00 PM
✔ Departure at 11:00 AM
✔ Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the property
✔ Low moderate music volume that does not disturb the neighbors at all times.
Breaking this rule and being notified 3 times by security, and in event the Police is called you will be charged a ticket of 100.00USD and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
✔ No Karaoke, sound system, drones, motorbikes, scooters, or four-wheel are allowed. Must be parked at the main parking area.
✔ Cleaning fee paid at the time of reservation is only for check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings have an additional cost of 10usd per bedroom.
✔ Bookings with 4+ nights have 1 and 7 Nights have 2 FREE cleanings included in between.
✔ Laundry Service is located in phase 7 next to the front desk of Casa Linda. Drop off and pick up for a reasonable fee.
✔ You must leave the kitchen clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✔ PARKING: Space for TWO cars available. Additional cars must be parked at the common parking area.
✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend buying disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket.
✔ TOWELS: We do not provide washcloths.
We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1-floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day.
Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towels.
