Experience a culinary adventure like no other with our personal chef service. Indulge in delicious, home-cooked meals prepared by our talented chefs, right in the comfort of your own villa. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the cooking for you.

This is our Basic (à la carte) package, perfect for guests who’d like to create their own menu and handle their own groceries. Your private chef prepares up to 3 meals a day, serves, and cleans up; you simply provide the menu and the ingredients. Pricing is USD 100 per day for up to 8 guests, plus USD 50 for each additional 4 guests (for example, 9–12 guests is USD 150 per day). Additional Information

  • Your chef prepares up to 3 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, your choice.
  • You create your own menu and provide the groceries and ingredients; the chef handles the cooking, serving, and cleanup.
  • Pricing: USD 100 per day for up to 8 guests, plus USD 50 per additional 4 guests.
  • The chef works around your schedule during regular working hours (8 AM – 9 PM). Service outside those hours can be arranged; just ask.
  • Choose from a variety of cuisines: international, seafood, and local Dominican specialties (you set the menu).
  • Special requests for dietary restrictions or preferences are welcome; the chef will do their best to accommodate them.
  • Please book in advance, ideally when you make your vacation rental reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service fee.

By booking the Private Chef Service – Basic (à la carte) with BlueCasas, you agree to the following:

  1. Service scope. The Basic (à la carte) package covers the chef’s labor only: cooking from the menu you provide, serving, and cleanup for up to 3 meals per day. You create your own menu and provide all groceries and ingredients.
  2. Pricing. USD 100 per day for up to 8 guests, plus USD 50 for each additional 4 guests.
  3. Hours. The chef works during regular hours (8 AM – 9 PM); service outside these hours can be arranged in advance.
  4. Dietary needs. Please tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions in advance so the chef can prepare your meals safely.
  5. Kitchen & conduct. A working kitchen and basic equipment at the villa are required. Please treat the chef respectfully; the chef may decline or end service for unsafe or inappropriate conditions.
  6. Cancellation & refunds. Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service fee.

FAQs

The chef is available all day and works around your schedule during regular working hours (8 AM – 9 PM). Just let us know if your schedule requires service outside of those hours.

Our plans serve up to 32 people. If you have a larger group, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, the Basic package is à la carte, so you create your own menu and provide the groceries. The chef cooks, serves, and cleans up. If you would like us to plan the menu and handle the shopping, choose the Fully Catered package.
