This is our Fully Catered (all-inclusive) package, where we handle everything. Our concierge plans the menu with you, and your private chef shops for the groceries, cooks, serves, and cleans up; you simply relax and enjoy. To get started, a USD 100 deposit secures your concierge consultation and a formal quote. All-inclusive service typically runs USD 50–65 per person for breakfast and dinner, depending on your menu and group size. Prefer to plan your own menu and buy your own groceries? The USD 100 deposit applies toward your chef service. It is non-refundable only if you choose not to book any chef service, since it covers the menu-planning and concierge work. Once your service is scheduled, the standard policy applies: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance; cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service fee.

By booking the Private Chef Service – Fully Catered (all-inclusive) with BlueCasas, you agree to the following:
The chef is available all day and works around your schedule during regular working hours (8 AM – 9 PM). Just let us know if your schedule requires service outside of those hours.
Our plans serve up to 32 people. If you have a larger group, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our concierge works with you to create a personalized menu based on your preferences and dietary restrictions — that is the heart of the Fully Catered package.
The deposit starts the process: it unlocks concierge menu planning and a formal quote. It applies toward your service if you proceed (or toward the Basic package). It is non-refundable only if you decide not to book any chef service, since it covers the menu-planning work.
It is customized to your menu and group and typically falls in the USD 50–65 per person range for two meals a day. You will receive an exact price in your formal quote before committing further.
Fully Catered is all-inclusive — concierge menu planning plus shopping, cooking, and cleanup. Basic is à la carte — you choose the menu and provide the groceries, and the chef just cooks, serves, and cleans up.
